When the value is more than 1000 mIU /ml, the pregnancy can be seen by the scans.

If I am having bleeding, can I undergo transvaginal (internal) scan? whether it is safe for the baby?

Yes, transvaginal scan is absoletly safe for the baby. It won’t induce fresh bleeding in pregnancy. In case of presence of collected blood clots in the vagina, during transvaginally scan, it can come out.
